Exactly one year after (re)starting to run regularly, that was my pace for today.

Running on afternoon on a sunny and hot summer day lowers the pace quite severey, indeed, but I wanted to try it and see how I can resist.

Considering that I still remember July 24th 2007 where my first run lead to the great performance of 3.5km in 30 minutes (and two stops because being too tired), this is not so bad.

Ah, and the last number is 75....kilograms. On July 24th 2007, it was 82..:-)
